Refund policy

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.  Photographs of the packaging and cookies will be required so we can compare it with the packaging when it was dispatched from us.   If damage has occurred as a result of the courier's actions you will need to lodge a claim directly with the courier company.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Cookies cannot be returned due to the perishable nature of this product.  

Exchanges
Please ensure you choose your items carefully as exchanges cannot be made once the order has been submitted.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve assessed any complaint as to quality/damage and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
